  Went in today,was totally ignored by the 2 old scruffy looking members of staff who had no customer service skills whatsoever,no smiles,no ji no take a seat i'll be with you in 5/10mins nothing.The most rudest bad mannered customer service skills.Asked 3 times for help on choice of mobiles/deals etc to which he plainly couldn't be bothered helping me.Then I was called a liar 3 times when I said I had a Samsung A17 at home which I bought back end of last year which I broke so I was using my Samsung A14 which I had on me which was on its last legs.I still called called a liar that it was impossible to have an A17 to which I even questioned myself through his ignorant rude manner.So after getting home I went straight to my draw and oh look shock I have an A17 ...I will be taking this ignoramus treatment towards me further he doesn't deserve a job.I spoke to another member of staff who admitted that they get nothing but complaints about these 2 guys and told to report them

  Went today to upgrade my phone. 2 lads in tracksuits sat talking loudly about cars and holidays. They totally ignored me and I was there for over 10mins waiting,with no one else in the shop but me.. Needless to say I walked out.... Will take my business to Batley instead

  Checked the website for closing time which said 7pm. Arrived at 6.30 to find it shut and note on the door with closing time of 6pm. Very annoying having travelled to get there in time. Please update your website .
